Barry Clark, President of Royal LePage Nanaimo Realty is joined by his Department Managers. 

Mr. Ted Lewis, Manager of our Insurance offices, BrooksLanding and Country Club namely Nanaimo Insurance Brokers. 

Mr. Travis Carmichael is responsible for the main branch as Managing Broker. Travis brings a background of Management, Training and Support to assist his team in accomplishing their goals and being successful.

Mr. Robert Cross will oversee the Ladysmith/Chemainus branch and has vast experience in management and training.

Robert, from Edmonton, spent many years with the Alberta Assessment Authority as the Chief Provincial Assessor.

President Barry Clark provides over four decades of real estate experience to his Royal Services Group; his vast involvement in organized real estate enhances the quality of the company and its licensees. First licensed in 1965, Barry became Branch Manager in 1978, president of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board in 1983/84, president of the British Columbia Real Estate Association in 1987, and director of finance chair of the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation 1988/94. In correlation, Barry has completed six years as a member of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia ending his term in the chair position. Barry spent two years as a Director of the British Columbia Assessment Board and past chair of the Real Estate Compensation Corporation of British Columbia.  Barry presently sits on a Complaints committee of the Real Estate Council. Barry commits his time and experience to the company and its sales people in order to continually build success, integrity, honesty, and to provide service to all clientele. Added to the above stated experience is his management team; Ted Lewis (Insurance Department Manager), Andy McPhillips (Property Management Manager), and Susan Brown ( Administrator) all of which share their experience with dedication.
